Bluestep Bank's Sustainability Targets

Bluestep has set a target of increasing the proportion of women in leading positions and in senior management to 40-60 percent respective >30 percent by no later than 2023. We also aim for a gender balance and currently have 50 percent female employees. To ensure equal opportunities concerning salary and career development, we analyse our salary distribution in order to ensure equal salaries. From 2021 onwards, we have been paying parental salaries.

Carbon footprint

We will present reduction targets and an action plan aimed at further reducing the environmental impact of our business during 2023. Our carbon footprint for 2022 was 7.5 (3.2)* tonnes of CO₂ for Scope 1, 16.5 (20.3) tonnes for Scope 2 and 221.5 (275.6) tonnes for Scope 3. The carbon intensity in 2022 was 0.92 (1.10) tonnes of CO₂ per employee.

Corporate governance and internal policies

Bluestep's governance is implemented through a range of policies. We regularly train all our employees in relevant policies, of which several have been communicated externally in order to show how we apply governance in practice and in our daily work.
